The reclass stuff is about personal rankings. I've never understood WHY personal rankings meant SO MUCH and carry SO MUCH weight when in professional leagues it means NOTHING! NOTHING!!! further development etc is all possible without RECLASSING! RECLASSING means you FLUNKED!
