@pulte You should be working on establishing stabilized mortgage rates with @SecScottBessent. If you could stabilize rates at 3-4% for primary residences (1 mortgage at a time per family), you’d end much of the fluctuation in home-buying caused by rates.

This is the Supreme Court Justice that stayed the lower court’s order to fund SNAP - because if Congress doesn’t fund SNAP a lower court can’t just order it. Congress must pass funding for it. If you disagree then take it up with her.
