Deja vu this morning with being back at the Riverfront Wave, but this time for the Mind in Gwent’s Mental Elf 5K run. It was particularly nice to see lots of families taking part and all for a brilliant cause. Diolch for organising.

Great evening in Caldicot with our councillors and MP Catherine for annual Christmas light switch on. Congrats to all for putting on such a good event and bringing the community together. Well done also to Crossway Nursery (pictured) which was named best Christmas window as well.

A wholesome morning celebrating mine and Joseph’s @parkrun milestones. I know I talk about parkrun a lot on social media, but there is a real running community in South Wales and that is evident with the number of parkruns we have on our doorstep. I am proud to be part of it.
