Our floodlit festival draws to a close for another season, thanks to everyone who has visited , games for U12,14,16s,17s our under 19s hundred comp, super 9s and women’s and girls softball festival, this year also included the NSSCCL T20 final totalling 21 nights if action 🏏🏏🏏

A minute’s silence was beautifully observed by all players, umpires, coaches and supporters tonight at the u19 100 County Final. Our thoughts were with Andy Carr’s family and friends at this difficult time 😢

🏏 After a wash out yesterday, the women’s and girls week at Meakins kicked off tonight with an under 13 girls festival. It was the perfect start to the week with 45 under 13 girls experiencing playing under lights and all had a great time 🤩

Jack Hammond becomes the first-ever @NCCA_uk concussion substitute as he replaces Callum Hawkins for the final day against Cambs. We wish Cal a speedy recovery after he suffered an eye injury yesterday. Jack is the 771st player to play for Staffs

Tonight’s U16 final between @StoneSPCC and @ModdershallCC has been postponed to a reserve date due to waterlogged outfield

We enter Cup Final week @ JG Meakins with not one, not even two, but 3 opportunities for silverware! Our U12 Pegasus take on N&H Knights on Wednesday Then U16 Pegasus will play Moddershall & Oulton Cobras on Thursday Finally our U14 Pegasus will play Porthill Park on Friday

As a reminder to all visitors to our floodlit games to please park in the designated car parks which are signposted and within a 3 minute walk of the ground, please do not park on the housing estates as we have received a number of complaints
