What an electric callback to MVP Baseball 2005 with the baseballs being colored by pitch type. Id be interested in MLB the Show 26 making this a perk for online play.... but only ELITE hitters who are locked in should get it. Like if you're 4-4 with someone it activates
"Mastered" Level perks getting cool upgrades like the MVP 2005 call-back "Ball is colored by pitch type" ROCKS. Such a cool reason to really upgrade your perks in MLB The Show 26 RTTS.

Battle Royale in the Show has been stale for yrs. Make it 12-0 again. In MLB the Show 26, every gm you win in BR you take a player off the squad you just beat. If you hit 12-0, you get option to keep your rewards or go for double or nothing with same squad. 24-0 for DOUBLE

I thought about it yesterday and forcing people to pitch in MLB the Show 26 out of the stretch makes the game one dimensional. Everybody essentially will look the same. Every game would have arcade scores. They need to remove cutscenes, have faster load times etc for shorter gm
@JERZNetwork I see this side of it. I just don’t know if it really shaves that much time. Most people go into the pen by the 4th or 5th inning anyway and there is only a few obnoxiously long wind ups. I think there’s a real skill & skill gap when it comes to pinpoint pitching and doing it

SDS needs to stop teasing with these Colleges being added in. They need to go full out and have a College mode like EA's College Football 26 dynasty mode. A dynasty mode for the show. Recruiting, developing, hitting with metal bats with ability to play 30+ other people online

Look, this is not going to be a popular take. But if pitching online in MLB the Show 26 is going to be out of the stretch only, I'm kinda for it. 9 inning Ranked games take 45 min- 1 hr. That's WAY too long. If this makes games quicker I'm for it. It's a video game end of day
