November PMI - 48.2% down from 48.7% last month. It's the 34th out of 36 months PMI has been in contraction. Longest in series record going back to 1948. This is survey data, but pretty hard to say the real economy isn't in recession by this point.

Master copies are great, but Sorolla wasn't trying to paint like Sarolla, he was just painting from life. The final step in a master copy is to go and do what the master did -> paint with the same materials, out on the beach, in the sizes he painted. then you'll understand
The single biggest level up tip I know in art is to look at reality, not at other media. You want to make a cool gritty cyberpunk alley, look at actual alleys, not at Blade Runner. To design an armor, look at real historical armors, not at fantasy films. Go to the source.
