Having a #sousvide is handy. At least if I barely touch the meat on the grill, at least I know it’s pasteurized.

So a question for the likes of @KetoAurelius @CarnivoreMD @SBakerMD @FoodLiesOrg. Since going almost entirely #Carnivore last year I’ve found my taste for meat done-ness has changed from well done to rare. Sometimes, I’m even tempted to try raw. Is this a normal thing?
