My girl is a setter 85% of game back and front row but this was from last Thursdays game. My super sophomore #5 is doing her thing. Red River dont get alot of love from media outlets but I put my Ava up against anyone.

Great day @ChampionSportsM, @AndrewsSportMed, and @JeffDugasMD 11 weeks post Tommy John and right on track. Elbow is looking great and ready to head into the next phase. Meet mid October and if all goes well then I can start the throwing program and throw that baseball again.

Headed to Birmingham to @AndrewsSportMed to see @JeffDugasMD for a post op 11 week Hybrid reconstruction Tommy John surgery. @john_rrbsbl so confident in his recovery he gets to sleep the 7 hours as I drive. At what age does he start to drive me around.

Keep working hard, son.
10 weeks ago, PT was short and sweet, 30 minutes long, and most of that was the PT moving my arm. Now it's an hour and 45 minutes and I am doing most of the work. Bands, plyos, even some light dumbbells. Extension is almost zero, and flexion is perfect. Summer 26 comeback.

Stiches are out, and it feels good. My flexion and extension were 30 and 120 already better. The best thing is that my brace now allows for more movement. This chapter is still unwritten. Jeremiah 30:17 For I will restore health to you & heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord.

The hybrid Tommy John surgery involves both reconstructing the UCL with a tendon and adding an internal brace for extra support. The internal brace is to reinforce the reconstructed UCL, potentially speeding up recovery and reducing the risk of re-tears. #comingbackbetterthanever
