Frankly, I think apathy is the most likely and most acceptable response to Kathleen Kennedy's departure. With or without her, Star Wars blew its shot, and I'm not sure it's ever getting another chance the way it had back in 2015.

Having Leon (and other characters) age throughout Resident Evil is a great idea. Characters aging across a franchise makes it feel like you're journeying with them, and when the time comes to pass the torch to a new cast, it feels real. Assuming the devs don't pull a Last Jedi.
