This is fine for hunting an Alpha, yes? I've checked it many times, gender and level are different but asking to be 100% I saw in @ItsPapaJefe 's video they walked out of render distance for Larvitar and they were different, too.

Here are your shiny rates for Legends: Z-A version 1.0.1! Similar to Legends: Arceus, the Shiny Charm is a little stronger at +3 shiny rolls instead of +2 like in other games. I'm sure full odds hunters are glad to know that it's very hard to accidentally boost the shiny rates.

Someone spill the beans on how the encounters work within Z-A Wild Zones. I've re-entered & found the same gender/lvl mons close to the game but a slight distance further the gender/lvl are different.
