FlexFriday: Focused on moving some weight today to grow my back & build my Christmas Tree for next year. Hit new weight PRs on seated rows (260-Maxed), bb rows (295), bb shrugs (335), and t-bar rows (280) for reps on all. It felt good to be back in the gym. Need to f’n grow💪

Back in my “thotful spot” after a few days. (Tut tut if you get that reference)Needing a bit to destress from some stuff that was said back home last night by family. Focusing those emotions into an extended workout and have already maxed out 2 machines and hit a new PR w/reps.

Merry Christmas Eve Y’all! Drove the 40mins to hit the PF only for them to close at 11am. Made sure to grab a protein cold brew for the 40min car ride back. Thinking about taking the top off since it’s 70 and sunny.

Attempted to find a gym to hit up while I waited on my family. These were pics from the 3” gyms” within 35mins. Makes me appreciate my little rec center gym. There is a PF 40mins away I may hit up tomorrow if open and I have time.

Press Day: Didn’t get to finish my workout. Gym was swarmed with day passers. Made the best of the time I had w/ equipment. With correcting form and stretching my bicep, increased my close-grip by 30lbs and regular bench by 20lbs for reps in under a month. Gotta keep growing 💪

GM Y’all! Last work check-in until after Christmas. Weighed in at 177.4lbs this morning. May have went a little too hard yesterday at the gym. Lower back is stiff from jumping weight on my deadlifts. Taking it easier today. Push Day after work. LFG! 💪

Leg Day: Quads feeling good and calf’s are popping. Feels good to have my strength coming back to my legs. Still have some discomfort and needing to get my forms solid, but I’m making progress. I need to grow so much more💪Goal is to max out the Smith on my leg presses by 2026.

I know it doesn’t look like much, but considering a few months ago I couldn’t walk without a limp and had no clue how to squat with herniated discs. 365lb leg presses for full rom (2x12) & squatting 200lbs for reps is a win in my book. Gotta keep growing though. Never big enough

Morning y’all! 176.2 this morning. Slept in since I kept waking up during the night. Time for some food and errands before the hitting legs today when the gym opens at 1pm.
