I’m so tired of seeing this take. Regardless of what you think of the fees, it’s not a scam. They tell you what it is and you agree to it. Their goal is to make them money not you.
Just to illustrate what an absolute scam #Ebay (Feebay) is. I purchased a card yesterday for $170. After taxes & shipping, my total cost basis was $186. Sold the card for $225 today. After Ebay fees, I netted $196. $55 total profit from purchase price to sale price negated to.
