How do you apply The Six Thinking Hats ?. Put on the ⚫ Black Hat and ask, “What could go wrong and how?”. Follow it up with the 🟡 Yellow Hat: “What could go right and why?”. Etc. Each hat provides a perspective that paints the whole picture.

Where can you apply The Six Thinking Hats?. Structuring Personal Decisions - Wear each hat to reflect from different POV's. Group Settings - Each person wears a different hat, or all hats are cycled through, contributing different POVs. Brainstorming and Journaling - Apply each.

I used to go to war with myself and called it motivation. It was rapid growth in a self-destructive way. Much of it stems from comparison-derived expectations. Find your balance of growth within your resistance, and don't disregard what your body is telling you.
