This campaign welcomes the direction Dublin City Council management is taking to protect the markets from further damage. We continue our campaign to have the markets fully returned to PUBLIC OWNERSHIP and to the benefit of the local residents of the Liberties and wider Dublin.
Work on saving the roof of the historic Iveagh Markets building in Dublin is to begin immediately @IveaghMarkets .

The Senior Management Team visiting the historic Fruit and Vegetable Market, built in 1892 by Dublin Corporation. It will accommodate temporary uses while the recently appointed Design Team work on a Construction Tender for the Conservation and Refurbishment works needed.
