The app launched a new feature "Suicide Support= No Cops" a free virtual chat wall strictly for Black folks experiencing suicidal ideation. This feature was created due to Black folks with mental health disorders. statistically being at a higher risk of being killed by Cops.

17 years ago, Congress recognized Bebe Moore Campbell for creating National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. Depressed While Black continues this legacy. We partnered with @HairizonBeauty to provide over 600 Black Beauty Supply Kits to psychiatric patients.

I just want to thank @durandbernarr his song "Generous" has been giving me some healing as survivor of family sexual abuse. I got to hear you perform it live at the house of Blues in May during your Bloom Concert. and it stopped me from ending my life that weekend. ❤
