CUH ED nursing triage staff went 'live' today on iPMS, with a frailty trigger to identify every frail older adult over 75 years. Thanks to @DrLizMoloney and @CRFC for your hands on support and stellar research. Making the care of frail older adults a CUH/MUH priority in 2024.
