Someone who joined the workforce in tech 26 months ago when ChatGPT launched is probably managing a team this H1. They’ve grown entirely in a world where asking ChatGPT is the default… not Googling, reading case studies, or business books. A very different world of work.

I really enjoyed the conversation I had with Israel Bimpe, the CEO of Irembo on @TheLongFormRw podcast. We discussed his early life in Butare, his academic life at the University of Rwanda, working at Zipline upon graduation and his two year-long tenure as CEO of @IremboGov.
