This format is tricky, because by default and in all documentation default is another format, when URL is encoded in HEX and starts with 0x01, then follows separate encoding for username and then separate for password. But TPLink made their own parsing logic of DHCP option 43.

Spent a day with #TPLink EX230V (AX1800) TR69 configuration, still haven't done what I needed. At least figured out how to push DHCP Option 43 to it. To convert to hex you need to use this format :

WISPAPALOOZA is over. After 3 days of meetings with customers and partners we are flying back to Spain, South Africa and Ukraine. I'm glad that Splynx became part of American ISP community and looking forward to get more business here. Definitely will come back to US next year.

as I don't work in this ISP company and always it takes me some time to refresh their configs and topology, we decided to move them to Netbox and store all information centrally there, so, it leads me to thoughs about Splynx and Netbox integration.
