Seriously though, Pier Review remains my favorite of my original works. I have more visually impressive vids, but the joke just lands so perfectly here, especially with Andrat's delivery. This is my go-to animation to show folks who wanna know what I make.

Pier Review started blowing up out of nowhere like 2 months after I re-uploaded it as a YouTube Short. No idea why, but hey I'll take my favorite animation getting some extra traction any day of the week.

Normally I would say "Higher quality on YouTube" but I forgot YouTube started forcing this sharpness filter nobody wanted on shorts and makes it look weird, so idk check Newgrounds or something. I love being an animator in 2025.

I'll be honest, seeing this same type of comment posted every SINGLE day on my page was getting frustrating, but shifting my perspective to imagine these commenters as gnomes or some other fae creature engaging in joyous shenanigans has helped me stay positive.
