My employment with SBLive Sports has come to an end. To say I am completely heartbroken would be an understatement. I want to thank all the players, coaches, parents and fans who have read the stories & interacted with me. This isn't a goodbye, this is just to see you later.

When done and given a mirror, I was in complete shock. I coudn't believe how happy I was with how my teeth look. Yes, there's still some work to be done. But for now, I can say for the first time in as long as I can remember that I like my teeth and won't be trying to hide them

She told me a couple of weeks ago she had seen the wax mold model of what my teeth would look like and she told me that it looked great. I took her at her word and told Dr Stephens that I did not want to see the mold beforehand and I wanted to be surprised when he was done.

She convinced me last year to make an appointment at her office at Bryan Stephens, DDS in Fairlawn. Since then, I've had multiple cleanings (something I never did), and had a lot of work done on several teeth. Today, I had the bonding done on my front uppers.

I never showed them when smiling and I tried to hide them when talking or laughing. I never really took great care of them and I had a terrible experience at a dentist about 7 years before that and refused to go back. Therefore, they had gotten dirty, cracked and broken.

I'm 45 years old and almost cried when leaving the dentist office today. But not for the reason most might think. My GF (the office manager at dental office) could tell I was embarrassed by my teeth. She was right.

Made a quick trip over to Ellet tonight to take in some girls high school basketball action between Ellet & Lake. And in what has become an annual tradition, my first girls basketball game of the season means a new pair of shoes. This year's are @nike @KingJames NXXT Genisus.
