| HAPPY | HEALTHY | HARDWORKING | EMOMs are great because they balance effort and rest, providing recovery to push through the next bout. For today's workout, try to give yourself 15-20 seconds of rest each interval. If that means dropping the weight and/or reps, so be it.

| HAPPY | HEALTHY | HARDWORKING | Want a strong core? You can lay there and do crunches until your abs start to cramp. OR, you can squat, pull, press, and carry heavy things with good form. There is not, nor will there ever will be a substitute for basic strength training.
