By the way, I realise and appreciate that it requires a significant level of privilege to avoid infection. I can avoid most crowded environments, and can afford nasal spray, tests, and masks

Had regular blood work done last week and got results today. I am 65, and every single result was, to quote my GP, perfect. I credit masking and not getting sick for the last 6 years for my continuing good health as I approach retirement. (I wonder what the trolls/bots will say?)
