Tomorrow will be 67 years since the 1953 Floods, which caused devastation along the east coast. To mark the day, we’ll be sharing the recollections of Felixstowe resident Audrey Baker, who had to evacuate her flooded home in the middle of the dark, cold January night

A few staff went out today for a 15 minute walk over lunch for @SuffolkMind #REDJanuary2020 and ended up using the outdoor gym @ChristchurchPk We are all trying to be more physically active to take care of our mental health. Little things can make a BIG difference.
