Moderate - rare nowadays. As a practical person, both sides need to come together because, well, that’s how things get done #SupportUkraine #Options #BBN #ACA

The biggest lie in American healthcare is that “nothing can be done.” Break hospital monopolies, ban opaque pricing, and stop paying insurers to deny care, and half the crisis disappears overnight. We don’t have a medical problem. We have a power problem.

Prufrock-3 is ready to dig its 5th tunnel! In advance, the Monster passed its final tests, tilting the 480,000 lb shells ±10°. Prufrock-3 will then tilt down and mine directly into the ground - no concrete, no pit, zero civil prep. Allows rapid, safe and inexpensive launch.

A complete compilation of 10 years of Trump’s promises of a healthcare plan. 2 weeks became 4 weeks and gradually 10 years.👇🏾

Radiology was the canary. Pathology is next. If your job is “move information from A to B,” a robot just applied; and it never sleeps
Robots movements are getting better at a scary pace. Huge real-world datasets and VLA models now turn vision-language into smooth continuous control, diffusion policies generate coherent action sequences, and compliant sensing-actuation reduces jitter. https://t.co/XN8L5ToVyo

Designating Antifa as a terrorist organization serves multiple goals: rallying the base, deflecting scrutiny from right-wing extremism, and consolidating power by equating dissent with terrorism.
GLASHEEN: Antifa is our primary concern right now. That's the most immediate violent threat we're facing BENNIE THOMPSON: Where is antifa headquartered? GLASHEEN: ... ... ... we are building out the infrastructure right now THOMPSON: What does that mean?

Can someone explain to me why @SECPaulSAtkins and @DOJ have not gone after the insurance companies that didn't check if zero premium enrollees actually knew they had been enrolled ? Why haven't they disclosed that this fraud is a material risk to current and future

In a last-minute plea, insurers are urging Republicans to crack down on fraud in their industry.

The new GOP plan isn’t “reform.” It’s a quiet repeal. Ending ACA subsidies and handing people a $1,000–$1,500 HSA is not a health system, it’s a cost-shift. Millions will see premiums double or lose coverage entirely. Older Americans, people with chronic illness, and working

The Senate will vote this week on a GOP bill to put money in health savings accounts, as well as a Democratic bill to extend the expiring ACA subsidies. Both are expected to fail.

There was real, unacceptable fraud in Minnesota’s child-care programs, with legitimate warnings going back a decade. But the $100M number and terror claims were never fully proven, action was taken (too slowly), however turning those failures into an indictment of all Somali

The U.S. doesn’t just lead the world in healthcare administrative costs we lap the field. OECD average: $194 per person. U.S.: $1,055. That’s not “more efficient private markets.” That’s a system where paperwork costs more than care in other countries.

People say “my insurance was only $600/month before the ACA,” but leave out the part that matters: your employer was covering another $1,200–$1,600 you never saw. The total cost of your plan was likely $1,800–$2,200/month. Your share was low because your employer hid the real
@InternetCPA @realdocspeaks BS. GOP wanted interstate sale of insurance, cheaper imported meds, and tort reform to rein in malpractice suits, and consequently its insurance cost and defensive medicine. Dems excluded the GOP. Instead, they forced through ACA with bribes like “The Louisiana Purchase” and

If you plan on the existing big insurance carriers offering plans to retailers and associations, this plan will be garbage. The big insurance carriers will not only do what they do today, they will create more information asymmetry for the associations and retailers than what
I continue to support the repeal of Obamacare and replacing it with true free market reforms, not just some rearranging of the current system. My Health Marketplace and Savings Accounts For All Act is the only truly conservative option. https://t.co/ZZn5mEbuoP

I HAD MY OFFICE ANALYZE WHAT LUTNICK IS SAYING BUT NO ONE SPEAKS IMBECILIAN. WE DID NOTICE A TRUMPONESE DIALECT. UPON FURTHER ANALYSIS WE BELIEVE LUTNICK IS EITHER A BATSHITIAN OR A BULLSHITIAN. --GCN
Lutnick: We need to have a nuclear arsenal in America, a power, generation of power. We are going to build hundreds of billions of dollars. Financed by the Japanese and the Koreans. Koreans. Meaning, they give us the money. We build it here and we split the cash flow 50/50.

If every nurse had AI-powered smart glasses, productivity wouldn’t just rise it would multiply. Imagine instant vitals recognition, automatic charting as they speak, drug-interaction warnings in real time, and hands-free triage checklists that prevent mistakes before they happen.
Google cooked so hard. Not gonna lie, this feels like the future is here. Now develop Google Glasses with enough battery power, a good chip, and a look like Ray-Bans, and you'll have an instant hit. 100%.

We spend more per capita on healthcare than any nation; and often get worse outcomes. But that doesn’t mean we’re doomed. It means the system is rigged. Build transparency. Unleash competition. Restore agency. We don’t have a healthcare crisis; we have a healthcare opportunity.

When insurance rates go up, chronic patients get squeezed; they hit deductibles, lose access, or skip care. Studies show high-deductible plans drive avoidable ER visits and worsen long-term health outcomes. That’s not savings, that’s debt, disease, and despair.

@JahangirAsgha10 @annacbrace1 Great info. Every shark tank company I have ever had , had unpredictable revenues and cash flow , and used accrual accounting. There has to be another reason. The software to do accrual has to be cheaper than the taxes you would save ? And tell me who is auditing you and why.
