#TBT📸 Beer judging requires skill, knowledge, concentration, and stamina. At IBC, our judges assess each beer in four areas: 1️⃣ Aroma 2️⃣ Taste 3️⃣ Finish 4️⃣ Conclusion: Is it good? For aroma, note initial, intermediate, and aftertaste flavours, and conditioning.

At #IBC, we go to great lengths to ensure that all beers are stored at the correct temperature, from the moment they're dropped off at the warehouse to the day of judging. We know the importance of storing and serving IBC entrants’ beers at their optimum temperature! 🍻
