Yes, there are plenty of ways you can destress, unwind, enjoy time with yourself, and get centered. Getting centered sounds a little offbeat to those who don't meditate or practice other self-awareness rituals. Maybe the word mindfulness is better. https://t.co/7RDijebiKb

5-HTP for Relaxation Doesn't this model look so happy, calm, and peaceful? Some days I wish I could lounge around without a care in the world, a cup of tea in my hand. Not with two kids under the age of 8, and I can only dream of having a white sofa! https://t.co/pbOJhB2ixs
