Médecins Sans Frontières / MSF has made a donation of Personal Protective Equipment which includes face masks, gloves, gowns and hand sanitisers to the National Disaster Management Authority, Pakistan on 20th May 2021. The donation will be used at the national level in response

Update ⬇ We are demanding immediate and safe access to #Gaza in order to rapidly scale up our #humanitarian response. The authorities in Israel and Gaza need to know we will be moving around inside the Gaza Strip: they must guarantee our teams safety on the ground.
10 days after bombings began in #Gaza, our teams still can't send in additional staff & supplies. Humanitarian needs are mounting, with over 1,000 wounded and many thousands displaced. It is long past time that humanitarian staff and humanitarian supplies are let in.

As Israel continues its aerial and artillery bombardment of Gaza many of our staff and patients have been forced to flee their homes for safety. The damage to our clinic shows no place in Gaza is safe.

Last night, our clinic in #Gaza where we provide trauma and burn treatment was damaged by Israeli aerial bombardment of the area around it, leaving a sterilization room unusable and a waiting area damaged. No one was injured in our clinic, but people were killed by the bombing.
