After losing my hair due to chemo, I am about due to go to a barber again. Still recovering, in pain, and holding strong. It’s nice that a slice of normalcy is coming back soon. 💈

BIG win today 🎉 After weeks of surgery, pain, and liquid diets — I was cleared to eat real food again 🍽️ Chicken 🍗. Fish 🐟. Mashed potatoes 🥔. Pasta 🍝. I cried over this. Healing is brutal 💔, but today felt like progress ✨

I have finished chemotherapy today, now I need to have surgery to remove my whole stomach next month. I am almost finished. Thank you to everyone for all the support I’ve been given. God bless all of you.

For dinner I made the boyfriend and I parmesan crusted codfish with smashed garlic roasted potatoes, and some Parmesan asparagus. Cooking is a new found love of mine! Gosh I use to be to bad at it, but with paying attention, growing, and learning I’ve become better.
