@IndianTechGuide This is clearly an attempt to further create government elite class while sucking blood out of poor tax payers. While everyday we get news on babuโs corruption ecosystem, and low quality work - They are further being in incentivised. We are not a serious country.

@IndianTechGuide Fitment factor will not rise to 2.86, it will be 1.57 as DA is still at 53% Last time it rose to that level because DA was 126%

@IndianTechGuide I think this channel's understanding is very very superficial. DA goes to Zero on fitment. Usually that's how it's done. The problem is not at the entry level, which are overpaid wrt market, but at 8+ yrs plus experienced bracket, where competent Professionals/ Managers earns

@IndianTechGuide Already a top class entry level gov employee is making 1,20,00 pm+. Hence if u are right then they get a 30% hike. Happens once in 10 years only, rest of the years they get 5% hike only. Pvt folks target 30% hike during job change. So yeah not everything is rosy.

@IndianTechGuide Current data suggests that even lower-tier government employees like peons may earn more than the average IT professional, highlighting a potential shift in compensation dynamics within India's employment landscape.

@IndianTechGuide No problem with Class 1 officers getting 1.6 lakhs. A Sub Collector is handling a district with tens of lakhs of people. But it should reflect in reduction of corruption. Sadly, Govt needs to borrow to finance this and Govt Borrowing will crowd out pvt investment.

@IndianTechGuide 2.86 is an over exaggeration to create unnecessary hype. Expect fitment factor to be around 1.8 to 2.0 ( 20% hike from current pay levels). That makes entry level basic salary as 35,000. With current Dearness Allowance the salary is already around 30,000.

@IndianTechGuide Why do everyone compare what someone is getting better than others kind off thing. You compared peon in the end with IT professionals entry pay. Why donโt you compare the top? As a Group A officer or even 10years serving Group B officer has similar basic pay of 60000 which
