In Touch Family, this morning, God called our beloved pastor, Dr. Charles Stanley, home to heaven. Dr. Stanley lived a life of obedience and is now receiving the joy of his soul—seeing his Savior face-to-face. Please join us in praying for the Stanley family.

Every morning, Dr. Stanley made prayer a priority. His prayer closest (pictured here) was a special place he’d spend time in solitude with the Lord. On April 18, he woke again to spend time with Jesus, this time, hand in hand and face to face.

Dr. Stanley's Bible, which he left opened to Job 36, had verses 8-12 highlighted. Verse 11 says, “If they listen and serve Him, they will end their days in prosperity, and their years in happiness.” Dr. Stanley listened, served, and was abundantly blessed.
