This is a great option for triceps and very simple and easy to do.

The DB tricep extension is a great option, especially if you are limited for equipment. It challenges the tricep in the lengthened to mid position and I’m not a fan of total lock out at the top as you can see from the first picture.

Shyam started with me in April wanting to strip fat and rebuild muscle. Phase 1: fat loss achieved (Apr–Jun). Phase 2: rebuild with more food + progressive overload (Jul–Sep). Now Phase 3: specific training for a balanced physique, business, family & health.
