Remember that time I mistook a bulged disc for a pulled butt muscle?. Anyways, it's been a year, and I'm happy to say I'm practically 99% recovered (I can touch my toes again!).
Btw I don't recommend pulling a muscle in your butt. Turns out butt muscles are important.
