5) @IFBAppliances I am a customer I need assistance whenever required. I am being held responsible for not servicing the machine. Is this a way to treat their customers? who should be held responsible for all this mess and who should bear the cost replacing the drum?.

4) @IFBAppliances The service representative quoted "you haven't done servicing and cleaning of the machine till now which caused damage to the drum". I told him we called numerous times but no one came for and he quoted "the people before doesn't use to work".

3) @IFBAppliances I registered a complaint online that too twice then the service representative visited and saw the issue the machine is going through. He said you have to replace the drum and it will cost Rs 4500 + Service Charge Rs 590.

2) @IFBAppliances We also informed the dealer that we are not getting any servicing assistance and they replied we are not responsible for servicing. Now, the washing machine is out of warranty and it is having problem in functioning.

1) @IFBAppliances I purchased a front load washing machine back in 2017 from IFB authorised dealer in the city. We called IFB's service representatives several times to do the periodic sevicing of the washing machine but none of them came or even responded.
