Another full day of traveling. I left home at 11am yesterday. I will only be arriving in Banjul at 6pm tonight. This long journeys are killing me. Cape Town is just too far away from the rest of the world

Last night I started on a 58 hour pizza dough. It first had to rest for 8 hours. Then another 2 days in the fridge and finally a further 2 hours at room temperature. I hope it’s gonna be worth it 🤣🤣🤣
