Had huge plans for today, planned to have a long stream. But instead im suffering at home with a migraine that makes me so exhausted. I managed to make food for my dogs and myself now ill eat and hope that after some rest it goes. Hugs to anyone who suffers from migraines often.

Just choose kindness. Everyday im reminded how people have lost their empathy for others. Just be kind and move on from people that you dont like. Let people find happiness even if its not in the same sphere as you anymore. Dont make it your mission to bring others down.

With my dad feeling better a weight has been lifted off my chest. He is still in hospital but at least I see some happiness in those eyes that were filled with fear and sadness. I'll slowly return once dad is back home but I'll be looking after him until his strength is back

Date day turned to rushing to hospital to check on my dad who has an accident. Praying he will be okay but so frightening i could have lost him.
