This is probably the single healthiest thing you can have, and you can have it on pretty much anything! 1 pack of beef mince, with BEANS, 8 different veggies, a Mexican spice mix (plus a few more), beef stock, red wine.

DUDE, I WAS HERE FOR THIS!!! Every year, at the morning and afternoon, for the RiverFire, The Victoria Barracks in the Brisbane City has an airshow. The pilots fly terrifyingly close to the ground, and it's amazing. You can FEEL the entire city shake, and the sound is deafening.
