My suggestion to all enchanter players that like to afk in lane (me included sometimes, haha). DON'T BE USELESS EARLY SHOW THE POWER YOUR CHAMP HAS!

OR go for 3 point E into 5 point W for an ACTUAL shield. There is a HUGE difference between 45*2 base shield and 105*2 not to forget the potential 32% speed buff compared to just having 24%

Even more noticable on a champ like Milio. Having W lvl1 vs lvl5 is day and night, but being not a champ the first 8 levels sucks ESPECIALLY for your junglers. NOT ANYMORE Milio can now go either for 3 point Q into 5 point W for GOOD damage.

How do I justify this when we miss out on hitting W max at lvl 9? Easy, because of TRIPLE TONIC we now gain an extra point of skillpoints allowing us to pivot back to W max on lvl9!!!

But why? With this rune you can now instead of maxxing your high utility spell go for your DAMAGE spell. Why bother having 3 points in W as Soraka for void grubs fight when instead you can have 3 points in your Q!

But the question now is, who can take this? VERY IMPORTANT because JOAT shares the same spot as Cosmic Insight, one of the strongest minor runes. Not getting the ~45s CD cheat on flash for these champs makes them partially UNPLAYABLE

Starting the game with 4 FREE AH, together with the Haste Shard giving another 8 you can go into lane with 11% CDR. Making spells like Blitzcrank Q go from 20s down to 17.86s! The best thing about that is after first base with boots/glowing mote you get 10 AP, same as AF shard

JACK OF ALL TRADES SUPPORT IS OP!?!? Since last patch the gold per second counts as a stat for JOAT making it support by far the easiest to trigger the effect.
