Imran Khan also used police and rangers against TLP. He wanted to go a step further and do a military operation but Bajwa didn't follow his orders. Imran Khan was right back then and Bajwa was wrong. Today the regime is right on this issue.

Let me make clear to people here & abroad: Our govt only took action against TLP under our anti-terrorist law when they challenged the writ of the state and used street violence & attacking the public & law enforcers. No one can be above the law and the Constitution.

From time to time, policemen were killed by TLP and few even batted an eye. Today, when the same group’s wrkrs are killed, everyone suddenly expects the police to uphold moral standards. Could they have tolerated more fallen officers?
