From today, graduates no longer need a 2:1 to work with us. Although academic achievement has its place, for too many students, other factors influence results. Talent and potential is determined by more than academic grades. You can read more here:

This week over 200 students got hands-on experience of the future of work through our #NewWorldNewSkills #SocialMobility initiative. This year we introduced a hybrid element, allowing them to try working at home and the office. Thanks to our volunteers for making it a great week!
