Sheesh!.
I train/play football at least thrice a week. I use the gym about 3 times a week. I cycle almost everyday: to the football field, gym, etc. I run fast (short distance). I can swim (very casually). I can play table tennis. I can do 70 push up at once (max for now).I can plank.
