Unless 11 is a longer than normal ep, I cannot possibly see how they’d have time for 431, which is such a long chapter it could be an ep just by itself. If it gets animated (unless they wildly change their pacing post war) I feel like it would have to be as an OVA?

10 would be a loaded ep with that much but not sure where else it would split cliffhanger wise. That would make 11 (another ep I suspect would have content added w/ timeskip & montages) the convo with Uraraka, kid & granny, graduation, timeskip, & Deku receiving the suit. +

Ep 9 would have the coverage of the days following the war (I suspect this would be a place they’d expand), leading into the hospital scene, and graduation/their first day back. Ep 10 is Todoroki/Dabi talk, Deku/Spinner convo, & reconstruction day ending w/ Deku finding Uraraka

This is also based on HK being involved in the final season and helping to write some additional scenes. This would have ep 7 ending with the portals. Ep 8 would go through the final punch. +
