According to @PsychCentral, 2 hours of silence could create new cells in the hippocampus region, a brain area linked to learning, remembering and emotions? I bet we all need those remembering skills during exam week! Try using the HushCity app! https://t.co/e8rO3B44oY

Become a citizen scientist and start contributing today through The Maryland Biodiversity Project, I have and it's quite fun. Sure I don't get a lab coat but it's neat knowing my observations are being used in cataloging all the living things of Maryland https://t.co/acPGJJUZ4r

https://t.co/ZsTzwlGhT6 Have you used the HushCity app yet? In my team’s quest to find out how our friends around the world are dealing with noise, you can too! Sending texts to friends asking “What’s up?” can get boring! Instead record your experience and share through text!

Stall Catchers is a great example of how you can contribute to meaningful public science projects. Stall Catchers allows volunteers the opportunity to find blood vessels in the brain that have "stalled". This and many other great projects are available online.

Using the Hush City app I was able to find a quiet space near Greenbelt, MD. Natural parks are a great get-away to relax and recharge. Consider visiting a local park next time you need a break. Use the Hush City app if you are having trouble.

Are you bored from staying inside too long? Is the virus keeping you away from your favorite places? Consider volunteering your time on Sci Starter. There are plenty of public science projects for you to participate in. I found several projects that you can contribute to at home.

Are you feeling stressed in a busy environment? You should try The Hush City phone application to find a quiet space. You can use this app in a busy city to find a space to relax. I use it in Baltimore Maryland.

Public Science has been proven to be very effective way to source data for very important projects. I enjoyed taking the time to contribute to other researcher's projects from the comfort of my own home.

@SnapshotSafari Online public science projects like @SnapshotSafari are engaging, but these projects also allow you to get outside and participate firsthand. How cool would it be to go on a real safari and identify these animals live and in person?!
