Home insurance due for renewal. Last year cheapest was @santanderuk Renewal has come through over Β£130 more year on year. Still never any claims etc. no change. Been online & found a quote for Β£256 LESS. WHY?! How & why is this allowed?! Outrageous!!! @santanderukhelp

Online, before I left, that I could use it - here you go, yet he couldn’t - or wouldn’t - scan it for me. Simply saying @asda don’t accept them. So once again, more inaccuracy and idiocy from your staff. This caused me about a 30 min delay and I’m frankly disgusted.

scanned one of the below items twice (I only had 1 of each, which I had correctly scanned). This then threw up a full rescan. For your error. I used scan & go for speed? As I always do. I had 2 kids with me & needed to collect 3rd. Thank god for husband because this made me late

Secondly, if you’re getting customers to scan & go, rather than paying for checkout staff, then you need to stop doing scan checks, you’ll just have to trust us. Tonight I got stopped & had to have 17 items scanned. We got to 5 before the idiot scanning, 🧡

Firstly, not for the first time, these were marked as 88p on the shelf, but scanned through as Β£1.28 - as said, not the first time and you blatantly do it as a con/scam to consumers - will report to trading standards.
