Alright, since I got sick last week and couldn't do the before and after, here it is. Old samsung removed (except one I couldn't get the screws out), Unifi pro/pro max move up and installed into rack, aggregate installed above UDM, fiber and ethernet rerouted.

I'm really glad I don't work in software development, but I am quite concerned that I got into tech far too late in life and my growth is going to be crushed by AI 🤣 The security side looks scary at the moment, and soon I may not be needed for config/install of network gear.
