After many ups and downs (and a lot of financial woes) we were finally able to end on a high note with a donation of £590 to our chosen charity!

All shipping to contributors has been wrapped up on my end, so we can *finally* issue our donation today once our funds are converted to £. We have one contributor pkg that has vanished to look into(🤞🏼😭) and one zine with me, to be shipped once the customer responds to e-mails.

I'm happy to finally be able to share the story I wrote for the Digital Add-on for @IQLucis. This is the true story behind my article, Stealing the Show, which was written for the Insomnia Quarterly: Ignis Scientia Edition Zine.

If you missed the @IQLucis zine, the digital version is available again through their online store (link below) and now has an extra digital-only bonus! I made a piece of art for it; here's a teaser!

So keep a watch of this space, even after we submit our donation, if you have an interest in a follow-up volume for Noct. But also have patience for this very stressed 🥕 as I do what I'm best at and research 👀8/8 ❤️

There is also the matter of the accessible pdf which my software refuses to co-operate for, and if other software is needed I'd rather do so out of my own pocket. So that, and my IRL work/life have delayed things, but I will need to sort that before any further IQ planning. 7/8

With that in mind, I'll need to look for manufacturers and really study all of the info I've been collecting as finance mod. I am so grateful for every one of our customers both for supporting us, and being so patient with all of the delays we've had. You guys are amazing <3 6/8

Knowing how many extra expenses we had due to compensating for zines, damaged goods, underestimating UK packaging prices, etc...and how this reflects in our final donation, I would like us to be able to do better next time but maintain quality/affordability for customers 5/8

I would like to make a 2nd volume down the line, focused on Noctis (as we teased), but I may need a few years to get into a better financial place, recover mentally from the awful last 2 years and also reassess all of the ways this project failed us, financially. 4/8

This project has taken an awful lot of time to complete, in part due to it being like two distribution projects in one, also due to an array of issues...pandemic, PhD, family illness and bereavement, financial stress caused by the project, etc. So I will say... 3/8

We will reopen digital sales once the art for the digital add-on is complete, and physical copies of the zine/recipe book can still be obtained by DM to me @He6o. I still have one customer's copy to ship once I have the info (🇷🇺) so don't worry - I haven't forgotten you 😉 2/8

April 2023 Update 🧵: I'm finalising my wallpaper for the digital add on and both distribution mods need to count up remaining merch and offer them to their respective artists. Once this is all done we can submit our final donation, so that will be the next update. 🙌 1/8

Add on: As a personal update, I want to include a few new works in the digital bonus add-on but it may take some time to do so. I'm currently dealing with a bereavement and I don't want my art quality to drop on this so please bear with me! 🙏🏼❤️ - @He6o (🥕)
