Managed to persuade my father to tell his care assistant & nurse that they have to get him ready to leave the house on Saturday. He promised to book a cab & ensure his care assistant helps him into it. I think the chances of him doing this are slim, but he didn't make an excuse.

Never expect me to be your romantic partner. I've trodden that path and it does not end well.

I reflect, often, on the shortfallings that ended over half a dozen relationships with some incredible people. And I regret, very often, the hurt that I caused these amazing people who spent time in my life. I am truly sorry for what I did.

Getting chillier now. I love that I can close my windows and be warm. So many people don't have that privilege.

Almost dark again. I do love this time of year. It's just so comforting to come home, close the door, and have nothing in the world to hurt you.

I'm so chilled that I'd be tempted to go out and party. But the world isn't about me and my values, is it.

This family is suffering so much. Reflection will, one hopes, be foremost in their minds.

You don't have to be a gym freak to be opposed to animal abuse. #Veganism is not about your physique, your ego, your status. It's #fta about the animals; compassion. It's about stopping rape, exploitation, abuse, extermination. Not your clout, your PB, your status in your gym.

I'm curious as to why so many of you claim to be religious. Why?
