This year’s theme will be accompanied by a special illustration created by Elisa Macellari @ElisaMacellari a visual reflection of perpetual motion, echoing Leonardo da Vinci’s studies on the subject, a reminder of the timeless, human desire to understand movement.

Moto Continuo will celebrate motion in all its forms. It will evoke the movement of people across our countries, the circulation of ideas, the constant evolution of cultural and social movements, as well as the dynamic connections between Italy and the United States.

We are delighted to announce the theme that will guide our 2026 cultural programming: “Moto Continuo. Sparks of Dynamic Cultures.”
