@IHaveOTDSD But surgery is the closest parallel to changing sex. If both the external and internal genitalia is removed, that’s changing sex. Not chromosomes, but phenotypic sex.

Those of us with DSDs are people, not pawns, with legal protections. You will not find a single record for women with CAIS or Swyer that says they are male.

As for being pregnant and/or giving birth, that is great and a triumph of modern medicine, but nothing to do with fertility or even sex determination.
