If a man threatens to rape a woman, he is unlikely to know if the victim is born a woman or a trans woman.

There's no "if". Humza, following gender ideology, literally defines "woman" as consisting of trans women and "cis" women. This is a niche viewpoint and needs to be put in it's place, but unfortunately the SNP/Greens are officially committed to it.
