Is this normal? Less than 24 hours before the arrival of ECOWAS chiefs of staff, President @PR_Diomaye sent Senegal’s defence and foreign ministers to endorse a military “transition” @ecowas_cedeao has rejected. This undermines regional coherence and constitutional order.
